NFL - Monday night's edition of the Manning game-winning drive show was classic Peyton, all the way down to his audible to a quick screen to second-year receiver Pierre Garcon once he saw the Dolphins showing a blitz. Garcon's touchdown reception ultimately proved to be the difference, once Chad Pennington's final pass was intercepted.

NBA - Lakers' Gasol leads Spain to European title.

WNBA - Mercury 100, Silver Stars 92. Taurasi and Tangela Smith each scored five points during the Mercury's 14-4 run that gave Phoenix an 86-76 lead with 5:14 remaining. Taurasi also finished with six assists and lifts Mercuryinto West finals. Sparks knock out Storm, in West finals. Fever rally in overtime, advance to East finals. Nolan leads Shock to 4th straight East finals.
