MLB - Thief In The Night, The Dodgers had Game 4 of the NLCS. One more out. That's all. But just like that, Jimmy Rollins snatched a win from the Dodgers and a place in baseball history. Rollins, Phils stun Dodgers in 9th for 3-1 lead. Angels beat Yanks in 11th to avoid 3-0 hole. Warm weather, hotter ALCS. Jeff Mathis' RBI double in the 11th gives the Angels a 5-4 win over the Yanks in Game 3.

NCAA BasketBall - Bruce Pearl and Tennessee will look to avoid the mistakes that cost them in 2008-09. Old Dominion and coach Blaine Taylor have their eyes on the Colonial title. Shelvin Mack and Butler look to keep the Horizon League in high regard nationally. Mark Few and Gonzaga are the pick to win the West Coast Conference - again. Kansas, Michigan State, UConn, 'Nova and Kentucky are all legitimate NCAA title contenders -- in part because all boast stellar guards.
