HORSE RACING - Worth the wait-Loup Breton (6) rallied for a half-length victory in the $150K San Marcos Stakes on Sunday in a race delayed nearly a week by severe storms in California. Papa Clem, who won the San Fernando Stakes at Santa Anita on Jan. 16, emerged from the race with an injury to his left front ankle and has been retired, trainer Gary Stute said Saturday.
